Mission Statement:
Connect2Health is dedicated to transforming lives by breaking down the barriers that prevent underserved communities from accessing the healthcare they deserve. Driven by a powerful vision of health equity, we empower marginalized populations by providing access to essential healthcare services and resources. From free or low-cost mobile health units and wellness kits to food support and educational materials, we’re bridging gaps to make healthcare a reality for all. Together, we can ensure that everyone has the opportunity to live a healthy, hopeful life.
How Your Support Will Be Used:
- Mobile Health Clinics: Your donation will help fund mobile health units and free public health clinics through our partner non profits, allowing us to bring free or low-cost healthcare services, like screenings and vaccinations, directly to underserved neighborhoods where access is limited.
- Kindness and Wellness Kits: Contributions will enable us to create and distribute wellness kits, filled with hygiene essentials, first-aid items, and mental health resources, to those experiencing homelessness or financial hardship.
- Combatting Food Insecurity: With your support, we can purchase and distribute nutritious food to families facing food insecurity, donate to local soup kitchens and food banks, and help improve overall health and stability within these communities
- Educational Resources for Children: Funds will help us collect and distribute books, school supplies, and other educational materials to children in underserved communities, supporting their growth and learning.
- Health Education Awareness Campaigns: Your contributions will also support our efforts to organize health education awareness campaigns, partner with nonprofits to provide health education workshops, and advocate for equitable healthcare access in our communities.

Connect2Health Fundraiser is a wellness foundation that receives funding to support various aspects of our efforts by breaking down barriers to essential healthcare access for underserved communities, ensuring that health equity is a reality through free or low-cost mobile health units, and community health clinics, wellness kits, food support, and educational resources, empowering individuals and families to lead healthier, more hopeful lives. We accept donations from individuals and businesses; all donations are tax-deductible and all donors receive a 501(c)(3) donation receipt for your tax filings.
Donations are primarily accepted online through our donation form.
For Mail-In Donations:
For those who prefer traditional methods of giving, you can also support Connect2Health by mailing in your generous donation. If you’d like to contribute with a check for $150, please include all the information requested on our donation form.We also accept check donations and can provide a receipt via email.
