Meet The Team
Founder
Adi Tyagi,16
I'm a competitive swimmer and lifeguard who started making waves at age 4 and now teach kids aged 2-16 to stay afloat and have fun. When I'm not in the pool, I'm kicking it in karate, playing center field in soccer, or jamming on my guitar. We are the team who founded Connect2Health to help underserved communities access health care because everyone deserves a fair shot at being healthy. Just a little something that I am passionate about and what I do between laps.

Hi! I'm 9 years old, and I love helping people and making them smile. When I'm not busy being a helper, I'm playing basketball, swimming like a fish, or making music with my singing and piano. I also love biking around the neighborhood, watching TV, and playing video games. My mission: bring more giggles and fun to the world, one silly moment at a time!

I aim to pursue a career in molecular biology and biotechnology, striving to utilize scientific advancements to make the world a better, safer place. Community service matters greatly to me because it can truly change lives. Coming together as a group and making use of the resources we have creates a lasting impact on those we assist, bolsters the connectivity of our environment, and allows ourselves to be changed in the process. In my free time, I enjoy playing guitar, working out, and spending time with family and friends.

I am passionate about pursuing a career in Aerospace Engineering, driven by a fascination with flight and space exploration. Community service is deeply important to me because jobs that give back and uplift a community are incredibly fulfilling. I believe in the power of strengthening our communities by fostering unity and cooperation among diverse groups. Volunteering creates lasting, positive change, and I'm dedicated to being part of that transformation. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, playing Guitar Hero, and DJing.

After high school, I plan to pursue a master's degree in nursing and get a minor in psychology. Volunteering is important to me because I love helping our community and working with people from different backgrounds. In my free time, I enjoy rock climbing, painting, and camping with my family. These activities allow me to stay active, creative, and connected with my loved ones. I'm excited to be part of Connect2Health, where I can make a positive impact and continue supporting those in need.

Hi! I'm Jayden Konki, a rising junior at University High School and one of the core members of Connect2Health. I'm 14 years old and deeply passionate about community service because it allows me to connect with people who might be overlooked by society. As someone who aspires to pursue a career in healthcare, I believe it's essential to be equitable and supportive of all individuals—a value that community service embodies. In my free time, I enjoy playing the piano or guitar, which allows me to relax and express myself creatively.

Woof! I'm Sunny, a 3-year-old English Labrador Retriever with a mission to spread tail-wagging happiness. I love hanging out with people, especially kids—they're the best playmates! Got a bad day? No worries, my superpower is making everyone feel better with my puppy eyes and slobbery kisses. I might just be the fluffiest, most therapeutic therapist you'll ever meet!

Guess what? I’m not just your average doggo—I’ve got some serious skills! I can shake hands like a true gentleman, and if you’re up for it, I’m always down for a high five too—just put your hand up, and I’ll meet you halfway with my paw. Feeling fancy? I can even do an Indian Namaste with my paws pressed together, bowing respectfully because who says good manners are just for humans? And if you’re in the mood for a bit of fun, I’m also ready for a fist bump—just give me a gentle tap with your knuckles, and I’ll give you a paw-bump in return!

But wait, there’s more! I’m also a big fan of fetch. When you throw that ball, I’m off like a furry rocket, trying my best to catch it and bring it back. Fetch is my favorite game, and while I might not win any awards, I promise I’ll give it my all. Whether it’s a squeaky ball or a classic tennis ball, I’m always ready to make playtime fun. And if you think you can out-run me, just know I’m always here to give it my best shot—and have a blast doing it!
