Connect2Health was honored to partner with the UArizona Mel & Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health On Nov 9th, 2024, to bring essential health screenings to the Paiute Neighborhood Center’s Family Fall Festival!

Thanks to this partnership, families in underserved areas received vital screenings, including blood pressure, blood sugar, BMI, cholesterol, and HbA1c. These screenings are essential for identifying potential health concerns and empowering individuals with knowledge to take charge of their well-being.

Chaparral High School Partners with Connect2Health for Community Donation Drive

Connect2Health, in partnership with St. Vincent de Paul, is leading a Clothing, Blanket, and Shoe Drive at Chaparral High School from September 6 to October 25, 2024. This initiative seeks to support low-income, homeless, and underserved individuals by providing essential items as the colder months approach. Featured in Chaparral's weekly newsletters, the drive aims to raise awareness and encourage participation from the school and local community. Connect2Health hopes to inspire collective action by gathering donations of gently used or new clothing, blankets, and shoes to make a positive impact on those in need.
